Rumiñahui Spanish School -
Learn Spanish at Rumiñahui (named after a
famous Ecuadorian historical figure). They've taught many of
our volunteers in Ecquador, in Quito or
in their highland village home
in Atahualpa.
Experience genuine village life in the Ecuadorean sierra.
Spanish classes are good value for money and the
friendly teachers will soon have you communicating.
One-to-one
lessons give fast results and improve your Spanish fluency for travel
or volunteering in Ecuador and the Galapagos
Islands. Rumiñahui's teachers help
with Spanish language skills and specific
vocabulary to volunteer in
development projects.
They might even teach you to dance the salsa....
Quito
Zoo
in Guayllabamba not only offers you the chance to see native wildlife
you are unlikely to spot in the wild, it also does great work in
conservation and education, so it's well worth a visit. Also
check out their zoo volunteer opportunities and
the chance for biology students / graduates to intern on the condor conservation project.
