Help Us

Donate, invest, sponsor, promote, volunteer or visit us to support our sustainable rural development and reforestation projects.  Communities here in this area of extreme poverty would be very grateful for your assistance and we will ensure that it makes a lasting difference.  How can you help?
Donate - For example, more efficient equipment for producing alcohol from sugarcane (as in the picture on the left) costs about US$2000 but produces about 25% more, of better quality, from the same quantity of sugarcane - so the family income increases.  CADO currently has a revolving fund of $2000 for this which one farmer can borrow, buy the new equipment and gradually repay the loan ready for the next person to borrow.  So far, 8 of the farmers have the new technology.  Over 120 others are waiting their turn.  Your donation to the fund could help them benefit from the new technology sooner.
Invest in some of our larger projects to fight poverty.  We will soon publish details of how you can sponsor a tree - watch this space.  To donate, sponsor or invest, please contact us at help("at")progresoverde.org.
Volunteer - We have a limited number of volunteer opportunities in Ecuador and sometimes a few chances to volunteer online.  Visit - You are also very welcome to visit our EcoTourism Projects, either as a tourist or a volunteer.
Spread the word - tell your friends about us, bookmark our website, tell people about us in your blog or social network.  Visit CRACYP's Profile on Ammado and click on "Promote our Profile" (on the righthand side) to download a Facebook application or Ammado widget to add to your blog.
Explore our website and enjoy all the information and opportunities it offers.  Thank you!
